Our Odor Removal Process:
A 4 to 5-STEP Process to Complete Odor Removal & Remediation
- Inspection: We review the space you with to have deodorized with UV Lights to look for causes of contamination. 'The presence of an odor is the presence of a problem.'
- Surface Soil Removal: In some cases, such as with tobacco smoke and odor, we will conduct a thorough wash-down of all surfaces with a proprietary solution.
- Top-Down/Outside-In Approach: We then take immediate action eliminate the odor and bacteria in the air and porous surfaces that are usually both offensive and potentially hazardous. We do this with a vaporous CD gas which has 2.5 TIMES more capacity to selectively oxidize odors and microbes than the slower and less effective ozone. This step treats the WHOLE space.
- A Targeted Chase of Organic Matter: When there are particularly porous floor surfaces (unsealed wood and concrete) as a subflooring, we will then treat these materials with a powerful blend of digestive enzymes.
- Antimicrobial Protection: Finally, in all instances, we will plan to protect the substrates and surfaces in your home or business property with an all-natural substance that creates a biostatic 'force-field' that inhibits the growth of bacteria and mold.
